Alvearia was founded by Zach and Daniel, from Ipswich, Queensland
"Our journey began creating homemade products from a small kitchen during a COVID lockdown as gifts for family and friends. Before we knew it, our small little hobby quickly grew into a passion and desire to take things one step further and offer our products and others, to the rest of Australia, at which point, Alvearia was born."
The name Alvearia, which is Latin for beehives, comes from our love of bees and the concept that they're hardworking and work together, the majority of which happens in the hive where everything comes together.
At Alvearia, we source only Australian suppliers and wholesale from other small Australian businesses that share similar values. We emphasise recyclability and compostable products because to us, the environment is just as important as our fellow Australians.
We're far from perfect, but what we make is as close as you can get!
